Stoneywood Estate Development Framework and Masterplan

Introduction

The Stoneywood Estate Development Framework and Masterplan have been prepared as a guide for the future development of land identified as Opportunity Site OP24 in the Proposed Aberdeen Local Development Plan. The proposals for Stoneywood include a range of housing types and sizes, integrate with the landscape, and ensure the existing woodland is protected and enhanced.
