Application Support Team

Introduction

The Application Support Team (AST) gives advice on:

• whether you need planning permission or not
• whether you need a building warrant or not
• to ask on the progress of an application already submitted

AST provides administrative and clerical support in relation to the receipt and initial processing of applications. This includes checking, processing applications received, initial contact with applicants and agents as well as general advice. AST provides general support to the Development Management and Building Standards Sections.

We will receipt applications received up to 4:00pm on Friday afternoon. Applications received after 4.00pm will be held until the next working day and acknowledgement letters which act as a receipt will be sent out in due course.
