After the snow has gone and before all the vegetation springs up, that’s when it’s time to give Aberdeen its annual clean up. Why not help restore the city to the beautiful, litter-free place you love to live in. Spring Clean Aberdeen takes place annually 1st-30th April.

None of the 250 clean ups over the past decade would have been possible without people like you.

Why carry out a clean up?

  • Improve the environment for people and wildlife.
  • Good publicity for your business or group.
  • A great day out and pride in a job well done.

What can Aberdeen EcoCity do?

  • Help plan the clean up.
  • Loan gloves, pickers, vests, rubbish bags
  • Organise and pay for waste disposal.

Suggestions for picking a site

  • Somewhere important to a community
  • Somewhere important for wildlife.
  • Areas of land that are not regularly cleared of litter.

We are of course happy to support clean ups at any time of year.
