Licensing - Cinema Licence
Any public performance of a film exhibition is controlled by the Cinemas Act 1985.
Under the Act all cinema premises require to be licensed by the local authority.
To enable you to apply for a Cinema Licence, the application form can be downloaded, completed and returned with the appropriate fee to the Licensing Section.
