Aberdeen Library & Information Services
Welcome to Aberdeen Library & Information Service, a public library service serving over 200,000 residents living in the area. The library service covers the city boundaries and local communities. Neighbourhood Services are responsible for the provision and development of a wide range of recreational and information services. Aberdeen Library and Information Service operates seventeen local libraries, a mobile library and housebound services. The main library is the Central Library, located at Rosemount Viaduct.

Media Centre Sale Central Library
The Media Centre is based in the West Wing of Central Library. The sale starts on Saturday 22nd November and will run for 2 weeks. There will be a range of feature films, music, factual DVDs and limited edition art prints. CDs will include pop & rock, easy listening and other genres. All the Language Courses will be packages of books with cassettes, including complete Linguaphone Courses in French, German, Spanish & other languages.
