The above civil marriage fees are all inclusive bookings for civil marriages will only be taken on receipt of a £25.00 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit (which will be deducted from the total marriage fee when it is paid)
Accommodation
Marischal College can only accommodate ceremonies with up to 50 persons, including the bride, groom and two witnesses.
In the Town House there are three rooms to choose from, they are:
- The Bruce Room which accommodates up to 20 persons, including the bride, groom and two witnesses
- The St. Nicholas Room which accommodates up to 60 persons, including the bride, groom and two witnesses
- The Town and County Hall which accommodates up to 150 persons including the bride, groom and two witnesses
Bookings for all Civil Marriages can be made by contacting this office at the above number or by calling in person.
Town House Marriages are restricted to Fridays and Saturdays only. The times available on Fridays are 11am, 2.30pm and 4pm. Saturdays 1pm, 2.30pm and 4pm. Saturday Town House Weddings can only take place in the St. Nicholas Room. To view the rooms please contact the Town Sergeant's Office at (01224) 522543 or 522544.
