How can we help you...

Aberdeen City - NHS Grampian, Aberdeen City Council And Voluntary Sector

Organisational Development Facilitators

Band 7 - 30,764 - 40,558 per annum (pro rata for part time)

There are 3 posts available on a seconded basis to provide development support to the clusters in Aberdeen City and Woodend Hospital

Aberdeen City is working towards consolidating person-centred, home or community based delivery of health and social care services and is intent on creating a culture that works in true partnership across all sectors with the person at the centre of the decision-making and a clear focus on early intervention and prevention. To achieve this outcome, we recognise the need for development support across the partnership and with all sectors

An exciting opportunity has therefore arisen for individuals interested in developing their skills and knowledge around change and redesign. You will support the redesign of services and pathways of care, involving all stakeholders across public, statutory and third sector and work with local management and teams. These secondments will allow individuals to actively contribute to the development and redesign of services to achieve person-centred, home or community based health and social care delivery in Aberdeen City.

Comprehensive personal development support will be provided to all post holders so they can learn change and improvement tools and techniques that will be useful in the seconded posts and when they return to their substantive posts.

These posts are available on a secondment basis from any of the participating organisation ( NHS Grampian, Aberdeen City Council, Voluntary or Independent Care Sector in the City) on current terms and conditions of service for 2 years. Salary will be backfilled at secondees' current grade up to the maximum of the pay scale for the post.

We would welcome applications from staff currently working in NHS Grampian, Aberdeen City Council, Third Sector organisations and Independent Care Sector across the City.
