Can I Comment on the Service I Received?

The Council is committed to improving its Homelessness Service and values the views and opinions of service users. Questionnaires are issued on the overall service and on the condition of temporary accommodation. These are taken seriously and are a measure of how we are performing. We also welcome letters and comments. These should be sent to: The Senior Homelessness Officer, Homelessness Section, Neighbourhood Services (Central Area), St. Nicholas house, Broad Street, Aberdeen AB10 1BX.
