Do you think you're living in unreasonable conditions and at risk of becoming homeless?
We can give you advice and support to help prevent you becoming homeless - by remaining in your current home or finding somewhere else to live. Our homelessness service is an emergency service so look at these other options and this advice and information first.

Different personal circumstances need different solutions therefore we aim to give you information about a variety of different accommodation options available.

Homelessness - Advice & Assistance: If you are at risk of losing your home, can't stay where you are or are worried that you will have to move out soon, we may be able to help you. We can help you find temporary accommodation if you need it.

- Financial help: Grampian Credit Union or St Machar Credit Union - Credit Unions are a not-for-profit financial co-operative that is owned and controlled by its members. They can best be described as groups of people who save together and lend to each other at reasonable rates of interest, thus allowing each other the opportunity to gain greater control over their financial affairs.

- Advice is availabe from the Marischal College Customer Service Centre.
- The Out of Hours Helpline can be contacted on 01224 693350. A Standby Officer will get in touch with the caller, provide advice and assistance and arrange temporary accommodation as required. Our Out of Hours Emergency Service operates from 4.45pm to 8.30am Monday to Friday. During weekends and public holidays we provide a 24 hours service.
