Housing Service Review Group
Housing Service Reviews (HSR) are carried out by a team of council tenants and other service users. They closely examine a particular area of the Communities, Housing and Infrastructure service to identify strengths and recommend areas for improvement.
This will allow customers and tenants to review the services delivered by the Council and work in partnership to deliver better, more efficient services. The Council provides training and equipment to enable this group to undertake the reviews.
The HSR group recently produced a guide to reviewing our services called What would make you come through the door?
The guide aims to help those who are new to the group and advise staff that are undergoing a review what to expect during the process.
