How can you get involved?
Aberdeen City Council is committed to working with our tenants and other customers in order to meet the Charter outcomes.
Over the coming months the Council will be contacting applicants on our waiting list, homeless applicants, gypsy travellers and multi-storey owners.
We also plan to keep our current tenants up to date on our progress through our Tenant and Resident Forum (TARF) and Sheltered Housing Committee. We will also be using Newsletters, direct mailings, social media and the local press to keep you informed.
We held focus groups on the following outcomes in October and November 2012:
- Rent, Service Charges and Value for Money
- Housing Allocations, Options & Support
- Communication and Feedback
- Environment and Community Safety
- Gypsy Travellers
Thank you to everyone who attended!
If you are interested in getting involved and would like to help us improve the Housing service for everyone then please contact us.
