Local Housing Strategy
In November 2006 the LHS 2006-2011 was submitted to Communities Scotland for assessment.
The LHS was developed through the Aberdeen Homes Forum (AHF). This Forum is a partnership Community Plan Challenge Forum with responsibility for implementation of the Homes Challenges. This strategy was developed through extensive consultation and research. The LHS covers all tenures and assesses the future housing needs and housing investment needed to sustain the housing stock in Aberdeen City.
