Tillydrone Community Hub

Tillydrone Community Hub

A £6million state-of-the-art community hub will soon be built in Tillydrone.

The development will replace the existing shopping centre on Hayton Road and demolition work will begin in the summer.

The new community hub will include a library, crèche, IT area, café, retail space and a business start-up unit.

Aberdeen City Council has committed £4.1 million towards the complex, while a further £1.9m grant has been received from the Scottish Government’s Regeneration Capital Grant Fund.
