Anonymous complaints

We value all complaints and encourage you to provide your name and contact details. This ensures that we can respond to your complaint and explain what has happened.

If you would prefer to remain anonymous, we will investigate the issue if there is enough information. This means we can still learn from the complaint and make improvements.

You can give us your complaint as normal, but you may prefer to use the Online Form. We cannot provide an update or response if you submit an anonymous complaint.
