Vibrant Aberdeen
'Vibrant Aberdeen' is the Cultural Strategy for Aberdeen which has been developed by the Cultural Forum for Aberdeen. It is a strategy which aims to provide the strategic framework to drive culture in the city towards achieving a shared vision and meeting the identified objectives which lie behind this. Within this, the strategy presents the challenges Aberdeen faces in developing culture and the opportunities which must be taken in order to achieve this vision.

2012 Year of Creative Scotland
Year of Creative Scotland 2012 is the beginning of an exciting programme that will embrace London 2012 and celebrate Glasgow 2014. It's a chance to spotlight, celebrate and promote Scotland's cultural and creative strengths on a world stage, and to position Scotland as one of the world's most creative nations to audiences at home and across the world.
Aberdeen has an important role to play within this and we encourage all cultural organisations and partners to use the Year of Creative Scotland Branding. For more information see the following link: http://www.creativescotland.com/explore/2012-2014/year-of-creative-scotland-2012
