Refresher - Professional Development Grant 2012
As part of our drive to achieve our vision of becoming a 'Vibrant, Creative and Ambitious City', Aberdeen City Council are piloting a 'Refresher' grants programme specifically aimed at supporting the development of individuals and organisations involved in the cultural sector. Whether you are employed, self-employed or a volunteer, you can apply for a grant of up to £500 towards activity or training which develops your knowledge and skills.
This grants scheme is linked to 'Vibrant Aberdeen', Aberdeen's Cultural Strategy for 2010-15, and applications should evidence how any grant will help you or your organisation against the city's cultural priorities. We are looking to provide support to those who are proactive in seeking to improve their knowledge and skills, those who identify areas for development and understand the long term impact both on themselves and the cultural life of the city as a whole.
