Reporting problems and faults

If you wish to arrange repairs to your council house, please use our Housing Repairs Service.

Using these on-line services will ensure that your concerns are directed straight to the officers who deal with these issues. Otherwise, please use the form below.

Giving other feedback

If these links didn't help, or you want to make a comment, please select from the list below the category that most closely matches your topic, write your comment or question and send it to us. If you want a reply, you must include your email address or some other way of contacting you.

In most, but not all, cases your form will be sent to a Council employee. Where an enquiry goes to a member of Council staff, you can expect a response within 5 working days. Read more about our promise to you.

If you are using the form to make a complaint, you may wish to read more about the Council's complaints procedure. If you would rather telephone us or write to us please go to the foot of this page.

The Council also has a comments card, 'Absolute Customer Commitment', available from Council offices and venues, including libraries. It incorporates a tear-off-and-return form - freepost, so you don't need a stamp - for you to provide comments on Council services or actions.

Please complete the following Captcha Check

A Captcha is used to tell whether a human being or a computer program is completing a form. You've probably seen them elsewhere — colorful images with distorted text on Web registration forms. Captchas are used to prevent abuse from "bots" or automated programs that are written to generate spam. No computer program can read distorted text as well as humans can, so "bots" cannot navigate sites protected by Captchas.

Please key the given two words into the box provided. If you don't understand the current set of words you can click on the reCAPTCHA refresh icon to request a different set. Alternatively, instead of reading words, you can hear what to type in an audio version of the challenge. To use that feature, click on the reCAPTCHA audio icon. To switch from audio mode back to text mode, click on the reCAPTCHA text icon. Help is available by clicking on the reCAPTCHA help icon. For more information about the Captcha feature we have used on our site, please visit the reCAPTCHA website.
