Licensing - Fees

View/download fees for all Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, Theatre Act 1968, Cinemas Act 1985 and Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 applications.

View/download fees for a premises licence under the Gambling Act 2005.

View/download fees for permits under the Gambling Act 2005.

View/download Fees for applications under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

Before making an application please ensure, where applicable, that you have read the accompanying guidance notes.

Completed applications should be accompanied by any supporting documentation and the correct fee. Cheques should be made payable to 'Aberdeen City Council'.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. 

Payments in respect of taxi and private hire car applications can also be made at the Taxi Inspection Centre at Kittybrewster. Methods of payment are cash, cheque, debit or credit card.
