Portland Street to be partially closed

Portland Street is to be partially closed from Monday [28 July] while footway construction and drainage work is carried out.
The road will be closed from its junction with Crown Street to the junction with South College Street. There will also be restrictions on parking within the area, at the discretion of the works manager.
Access to properties will be permitted, but there will be no through traffic.
The alternative route will be via Crown Street, Wellington Place, and South College Street, or vice versa.
