Reminisce on bus tour of Aberdeen

Guided coach tours for senior citizens are on offer from each weekday at 2pm from Monday, 11th August to Friday 29th August.

The pick up point for the bus is outside the Town House, Queen Street, Aberdeen at 2pm with the tour ending at 4.30pm. There is a stop for afternoon tea at Hazlehead restaurant.

Tickets cost £3 and are available from Aberdeen Box Office, Union Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1QS, tel (01224) 641122.

The tour is organised by Aberdeen City Council and is part of the Common Good Fund programme for older people.

Aberdeen City Council’s events officer Mary Anderson said: “The bus tour is a great afternoon out where older people can enjoy a trip around the city then reminisce over a cuppa at Hazlehead Park.”
