Traffic restrictions for electrical supply works

A temporary traffic restriction has been put in place in the interests of public safety during electrical supply installation works.

Hareness Road will be open to westbound traffic only between its roundabout junctions with Blackness Road and Crawpeel Road. This restriction is expected to last for three to four weeks.

It will be followed by Hareness Road being open to westbound traffic only between its roundabout junctions with Wellington Road and Crawpeel Road.

There will be no waiting on these stretches of road at the discretion of the works manager.
   
The restrictions will be in place for up to nine weeks.

The alternative routes will be via Wellington Road, Souter Head Road and Crawpeel Road, or Wellington Road, Souter Head Road, and Blackness Road.
