The Customer Service Centre - based in the main entrance to Marischal College on Broad Street - aims to provide the public with friendly and easy access to a wide range of Council services and information.

During these hours, our team of Customer Service Advisers and Service Specialists are available to assist you. You are also able to access Council services online.
Public Holiday Opening Hours
Please note that there are some changes to our normal opening hours on Monday 1st May 2017 as our offices are closed.
The lines are open from 08.00 to 18.00 for Housing Repairs, Environmental Services and Waste and Special Collections only.
You can report Housing Repairs (Emergencies only), Environmental issues including Roads and Street Lighting on 03000 200 292
The phone lines for Council Tax/Housing Benefit, Parking Permit, Election Unit, Housing Access and Crisis and Community Care Grants are closed on Monday 1st May and will reopen on Tuesday 2nd May. The switchboard is also closed.
Marischal College is closed on Monday 1st May and will reopen Tuesday 2nd May.
