The Beach Ballroom brings you two amazing evenings of ballroom dancing with performances by Katya Virshilas & Klaus Kongsdal (Friday 16 April) and Anton DuBeke & Erin Boag (Saturday 17 April) from BBC's Strictly Come Dancing

Unfortunately due to circumstances totally out with our control Brian & Kristina will no longer be appearing.
Instead we are delighted to announce that Katya Virshilas and her partner Klaus Kongsdal will be appearing at the Beach Ballroom for their first ever visit to Aberdeen to kick off this spectacular Totally Ballroom weekend.
Canadian-born Katya travelled to the UK to take part in the 2009 Strictly Come Dancing with her partner Phil Tuffnell. Katya is most famous for choreographing Jennifer Lopez and Richard Gere in Shall We Dance and her stunning Latin routines are world famous. Her iconic tango with Hollywood star Antonio Banderas in the movie Take the Lead is recognised as one of the greatest dance scenes of all time.
Joining Katya is world champion ballroom dancer, and star of Denmark's Dancing With The Stars, Klaus Kongsdal.
Katya and Klaus promise an incredible Ballroom and Latin dance performance. With their combined award winning talents they are set to enthral audiences and ignite our dance floor.

These spectacular events feature world class performances from 2009 World Professional Ballroom Championship finalists, Christopher Short & Elisa Chanaa alongside Katya & Klaus and UK Professional Latin Champions Alex Ivanets & Lisa Bellinger-Ivanets alongside Anton & Erin. Both evenings will include an 80 years of dance showcase from pupils of Aberdeen Danscentre.
Following last years sell out triumph, come and experience the Beach Ballrooms newly refurbished sprung dance floor and an unforgettable night of glitz, glamour and dancing. Grab your dancing shoes and join the stars at this truly fabulous venue.
