18 Hole Course
Kings Links 18 Hole Golf Course is a traditional well established links course running parallel with the Aberdeen beachfront and close to other leisure facilities and Aberdeen Football Clubs' home ground; Pittodrie Stadium. The course has a wide range of holes ranging from par 3 to par 5. The largest hole is the Burn a 507 yard par 5 hole and the shortest is the fishers a 182 yard par 3 hole. The Kings Links offers the usual environmental factors expected at a Links Course with wind usually a prominent feature and don't forget those humps and bumps along the fairways!! It really is a challenge to the most experienced golfer.

6 Hole Course
The six hole course lies on the corner of Golf Road / School Road and is ideal for beginners or those seeking a short game of golf or a practice round as the holes are fairly short and the course is flat. The holes are equally divided between par 3 and 4 with lengths ranging from140 yards (Aulton) to 307 yards (Promenade). Please note that there is no starters box, but there is an automatic pay point at the entrance to the course. Although the course is unmanned, golf rangers do patrol the course to check on payment tickets.

Where are we?
Reserve a Tee Off Time
Bookings for all Golf Courses can be made in person or on the telephone at any Golf Course on the day of play. Non-members who book on the day must turn up 15 minutes prior to playing otherwise your booking may be resold. If you are a golf season pass member or hold a priority booking pass, bookings may be made up to six days in advance. Your attention is drawn to condition 7 in the conditions of use for golf season pass holders. Season pass and priority pass holders may book up to six days in advance in person during opening times of the starters box or by telephone one hour after the opening time of the starters box up until 4pm.

Green Fees
Aberdeen City Golf offers golfers the option to purchase annual season passes, which cover the City's four 18 hole, one 9 hole and one 6 hole courses, two 9 hole pitch and putt courses and all putting greens and practice areas. The Courses the pass can be used at are as follows:
- Hazlehead No1, No2, 9 Hole and Pitch n' putt Golf courses
- Kings Links Golf Course
- Balnagask 18 hole and 9 hole pitch n' putt Golf courses
- 6 Hole golf course
For adults, there are full or weekday memberships and for the Juniors there is the option of purchasing tickets for use only during the holidays or only at selected courses. Also if you are a holder of the concessionary Access to Leisure card further discounts are applicable. Your choice of pass should be indicated on the application form. You can also book tee-times up to six days in advance. Normal pay and play customers can only book on the day of play unless they hold a priority bookings pass.

- Sheddocksley Sports Centre: Monday - Friday 1700 - 2100, Saturday and Sunday 0900 – 1600

Golf Season passes are available which give you unlimited access to play at all of our golf courses, pitch and putt courses, putting greens and practice areas. Golf Course Opening Hours
Hours will vary between summer and winter with hours of daylight. Please telephone any golf course to find out their current opening hours. Typical hours of daily opening are:
- Summer - 0500 - 2030 hours
- Winter - 0800 - 1530 hours
Twilight Golf
Twilight golf is available all year round. This allows play at a reduced rate of 50% two hours before dusk at all 18 hole golf courses. (Please note that twilight is not bookable in advance)
How to Hire Equipment
Golf Clubs and trolley hire is available to hire at Kings Links Golf Centre and driving range (01224 641577) for a small fee. Note some form of Identification is also required to be left with the Golf starter.
