2.2 Writing a Project Management Plan
The next stage is to develop a project management plan. This will be a more comprehensive document than the partner's project summary and will cover all the logistics of the day to day management of the project.
Agreement of roles, including project management and steering group.
Devising a timetable for the commission, including all key dates.
Outline artists brief and setting selection criteria
Drawing up and negotiating the artist's contract
Setting up and overseeing maintenance, insurance and ownership issues Recruitment of artists/arts organisation
Managing permissions and reporting procedures
Managing technical, health and safety and risk assessment issues
Marketing and communication plan
Community and stakeholder consultation and engagement
Installation including site research and preparation issues
Advising on decommissioning
