Introduction
Aberdeen City Council (ACC) is as part of the reform of the planning system in Scotland, reviewing the current Local Plan and replacing it with a Local Development Plan. The Local Development Plan identifies proposals for the development and use of land for a period of 10 years from adoption. The Local Development Plan will also contain the policies that planning applications will be assessed against.
This section details the proposed timetable for developing the Local Development Plan and the associated documentation. This page also contains a downloadable copy of the Development Plan Scheme.
