Budget proposals for the 2012/13 Housing Revenue Account (HRA) and the Housing Capital Account were approved by Aberdeen city councillors today [Thursday 09 February].

School crossing patrollers
Aberdeen City Council is to make a concerted effort to recruit more school crossing patrollers city-wide. The Enterprise, Planning and Infrastructure Committee unanimously approved a motion by Councillor Jennifer Stewart to "run a robust recruitment campaign to increase the number of school crossing patrollers". No phone or IT facilities at Mastrick Access Point
There are currently IT problems at Mastrick Access Point. This has affected all incoming and outgoing phone calls and all IT facilities including emails. The C89C Kingswells to Newhills road will be closed between Kingswells Crescent and the C88C Newhills Road on Sunday [12 February] while road repairs are carried out.
