Torcher Parade road closures

A series of road closures will be in place during the annual Aberdeen Students' Charities Campaign Torcher Parade on Saturday [1 May].
The following roads will be closed between 5.30pm and 11pm:
• Berry Street, from Gallowgate to Loch Street roundabout;
• Spring Garden from Gallowgate to Loch Street;
• Gallowgate from Mounthooly to Upperkirkgate;
• Littlejohn Street from Gallowgate to West North Street;
• Upperkirkgate from Gallowgate to Schoolhill;
• Schoolhill from Upperkirkgate to Rosemount Viaduct;
• Rosemount Viaduct from Schoolhill to Skene Street;
• Skene Street from Rosemount Viaduct to Carden Place;
• Carden Place from Skene Street to Queens Cross roundabout;
• all legs of Queens Cross roundabout;
• Albyn Place from Queens Cross roundabout to Union Street;
• Union Street from Albyn Place to Broad Street;
• Broad Street from Union Street to Upperkirkgate;
• Castle Street from Union Street to King Street;
• King Street from Union Street to East North Street/West North Street junction;
These streets will be closed to all non-parade traffic during the setting-up and procession of the parade. There will also be no parking on those streets.
