At a meeting of full council it was agreed to:

instruct officers to establish a stakeholder working group for the purpose of using a scoring matrix to examine the viability and feasibility of each site option and report back to the August council meeting with the results from this process;
note the joint work that is continuing with Aberdeenshire Council.
