Dance auditions on offer to young people in Aberdeen

Young dancers from the Aberdeen area are being given the chance to join an exciting dance project
Fusion youth dance company which is run by Citymoves Dancespace is looking for dancers aged 12 - 18 who have previous dance experience and are interested in contemporary and creative dance styles.
During the year the group will take part in performances and workshops organised by Citymoves as well as intensive choreographic projects.
Fusion has been established since September 2008 and has had the opportunity to work with renowned contemporary dance companies, collaborate with other local youth dance companies and toured their work at His Majesty's Theatre Aberdeen, Theatre Royal Glasgow, MacRobert Arts Centre Stirling and Dundee Rep Theatre.
The project will commence on Monday 30th August at 4.30pm - 6pm with an open workshop/audition at Citymoves Dancespace when the group will be selected. For further information or to register your interest please contact Citymoves on (01224) 611486.
