Massive discounts for music-mad young people

Budding musicians and DJs are being offered the chance to use cutting edge production equipment at huge discount thanks to a partnership with the council and Aberdeen Foyer.
Accord Card holders aged 12 to 18 are now entitled to a whopping 40% discount at the Marywell Centre.
A further 20% is also being extended to 19 to 25-year-old Accord Card holders.
The state-of-the-art facilities include a sound-proof rehearsal room, a DJ room and a multi-track recording studio.
Members also have the opportunity to get involved in organising gigs for new bands and young musicians.
An Aberdeen City Council spokesman said: "We are always looking for new and exciting benefits for Accord Card holders and we are pleased to announce our new partnership with Aberdeen Foyer.
"Foyer Music is open to anybody aged below 26 and is the perfect venue for aspiring musicians and DJs, in fact for any young person who would like to become involved in the music industry."
