Roads closed during traffic signal upgrades

Virginia Street will be closed to south and east-bound traffic between Commerce Street and James Street on Sunday, [11 October] while traffic signals are upgraded.

Commerce Street will then be closed to northbound traffic between its junctions with Mearns Street and Virginia Street.

The closures will not be in place at the same time – the Virginia Street closure will be first, followed by the Commerce Street closure. They are not expected to run past early afternoon.
