Osborne Place to partially close during footway works

Osborne Place will be closed between the Blenheim Place and Blenheim Lane junctions on Thursday, Friday and Monday [23, 24 and 27 February] while footway works are carried out.
Access to properties will be maintained, but there will be no through traffic.
The diversion route is via Blenheim Place, Carden Place and Prince Arthur Street, or vice versa.
