Delays likely during Great Western Road resurfacing

A section of Great Western Road will be resurfaced this week. The work will be carried out near the Cranford Road junction and temporary traffic lights will be in use to control the flow of traffic.
It will be carried out during off-peak hours, but there may still be some delays and the travelling public is advised to allow extra time for their journeys. Cranford Road will be closed for 30-metres south of the Great Western Road junction during the works, which will be carried out between 9am and 4pm, for up to four days from Wednesday [6 March].
An alternative route is available via Hutchison Terrace and Morningside Road.
