Qualifications

Aberdeen City and Shire Outdoor Learning Festival
June 20th & 21st 2015.

Hazel head Academy and Adventure Aberdeen.
Aberdeen City and the Shire have joined forces to hold a joint event for Secondary Colleagues who would wish to attend an Outdoor Learning Festival.

 Day one:

 �‚� Curricular outdoor learning, including ASN (Earth sciences, Numeracy, DofE, John Muir etc)
�‚� Working with partners in the NE (A very busy market place with at least 16 presenters)
�‚� Activity Leadership Awards and Training.. (Lowhills training, Trailcycle Leader Level 2 training, First Aid, Orienteering)

Day two:

 �‚� Come and try activities. (Coasteering, Mountain biking, Hillwalking This is to see what is involved, how they can be used in the secondary curriculum and how basic leadership qualifications / training can be achieved.

The event will be specifically promoted very soon through the CPD networks. The Service would very much welcome your support!
