The Point - based next to the main entrance to St Nicholas House in Broad Street - aims to provide the public with friendly and easy access to a wide range of Council services and information.

The opening hours are:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Tuesday - 10am - 5:30pm
• Thursday - 8:30 - 6:30pm
• Saturday - 10am - 1pm
