How to make a Sports Booking
Whether you want to book a Badminton court or a place in the Creche you will be wanting to make a booking in one of our Sports facilities located across the City. Aberdeen City Council have a standard booking policy for you to follow:
- All persons can book up to 3 days in advance
- Ace Club Membership holders and Priority Booking Pass holders can book up to 6 days in advance. (Click on Link Below for more details)
- Bookings for more than 6 days in advance are classed as Special Events and you require to contact our Bookings team (see below)
- When making the booking you will be asked to leave a contact name and telephone number and a relevant pass number if you are making a booking more than 3 days in advance.
What Activities can I book for?
You can make booking for the following activities:
- All sports hall activities such as: Badminton, 5-a-side Football, Mini-Tennis, Volleyball, Netball, Basketball, Hockey......
- Some Fitness classes may require you to book depending on space provided e.g Spin- In Classes
- Creche places
- Tennis Courts (Indoor and Out)
The above activities are given as a guide and this does not necessarily cover all the activities that we provide.
Cancellations
Aberdeen City Council Sports facilities operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have a booking and you cancel within the 24 hour period, you may be charged the full amount if the place cannot be resold in time.
Bookings out with 6 days in advance
Whether you are planning a Sports event or a birthday party and you require to make a booking more than 6 days in advance, then you will require to contact our Centralised Bookings team at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.
