General Advice on preparing for the 10k

Preparing for the City of Aberdeen Baker Hughes 10k is important so we have provided some general information for you to source to get advice from the people who know.

Jogscotland - Aberdeen

  • Train for the run with like minded joggers / runners
  • Suitable for Beginners and Intermediate runners
  • £17 per 10 session block or £25.50 per 2 day a week block
  • Pre race training programmes leading to event day

  • Alex Collie Sports & Community Centre, Scotstown Road, Bridge of Don - Tuesdays 1830 - 1930
  • Rosemount Community Centre, Belgrave Terrace (off Esslemeount Avenue), Rosemount - Wednesdays 1830 - 1930
