Aberdeen City Sport & Recreation offers a wide range of different types of memberships covering a wide range of sporting activities. The 3 main types of membership on offer are:
- Corporate Membership
- Sports membership
- Golf Membership
Corporate Membership
Aberdeen City Sport & Recreation offers a unique Corporate Membership scheme. There is a variety of Facilities citywide where Corporate membership can be used. To see the full range of Facilities please print off the Corporate leaflet below. The activities available under the Corporate scheme are as follows:
- Swimming
- Skating
- Fitness Studio
- Health Suite only
- Health Suite and Fitness Studio
- Aerobics/Step Aerobics/Stretch and Tone

Corporate "Flexi-Save" Package
We offer the chance to buy a wide variety of individual session tickets for use in our facilities. Therefore if you have 100 employees it is not necessary to incur the excessive cost of purchasing 100 annual memberships. Instead you can buy our discounted individual tickets in bulk and issue them to your employees who are interested as and when they need them.
Why are we Flexible?
When you purchase your tickets it can sometimes be difficult to buy the correct amount of passes for each activity. You may find that demand for some passes are greater than anticipated, you can therefore exchange to an equal value of less popular passes to those more frequently used. Another benefit of our package is the number of Facilities that can be used across the city. Where-ever you are in Aberdeen, whether at home or work, there is a facility close by!
How Much will you save?
Basically "The more you spend, the more you save". For example if you were to purchase tickets worth £3,000 you would pay £2,100. That's a saving of £900!!!

Sports Membership
There are several types of Sports passes available through the Aberdeen City Sport & Recreation Membership scheme:
- ACE Club Membership
- Splash Card
- Priority Booking Pass
- Countdown Cards
ACE Club Membership
The ACE Club Membership scheme is the main Sports Pass and offers the most unlimited use of activities. You can access 17 Centres and gain access to: Unlimited Gym use, unlimited Health Suite use, unlimited Fitness classes, unlimited swimming, unlimited use of the Climbing wall at the Beach Leisure Centre and 6 day Priority booking. Splash Card
An annual Splash card can be purchased to obtain access to unlimited Swimming in all our Swimming Pools throughout the City.
Priority Booking Pass
An annual Priority Booking pass can be purchased to obtain 6 days priority booking. This can be used to book Sports Hall activities such as Badminton and 5-a-side Football, for Creche places, Squash Courts, Golf tee-times and all of our book able activities. Please note that bookings can only be made 3 days in advance without this pass.
Countdown Cards
Countdown cards are 10 session cards. They can be purchased for a variety of activities such as Aerobics, Swimming, Fitness Studio, Climbing Wall, Squash, Gym & Swim, Health Suite only, and 9 Hole Golf.
Sports Passes can be purchased in all our Sports Centres, Swimming Pools and The Beach Leisure Centre.
Golf membership
Aberdeen City Golf offers golfers the option to purchase annual season passes, which cover the City's five 18 hole, one 9 hole and one 6 hole courses, two 9 hole pitch and putt courses and all putting greens and practice areas. The Courses the pass can be used at are as follows:
- Hazlehead No1, No2, 9 Hole and Pitch n' putt Golf courses
- Kings Links Golf Course
- Auchmill Golf course
- Balnagask 18 hole and 9 hole pitch n' putt Golf courses
- 6 Hole golf course
For adults, there are full or weekday memberships and for the Juniors there is the option of purchasing tickets for use only during the holidays or only at selected courses. Also if you are a holder of the concessionary Access to Leisure card further discounts are applicable. Your choice of pass should be indicated on the application form. You can also book tee-times up to six days in advance. Normal pay and play customers can only book on the day of play unless they hold a priority bookings pass.
Payment Options
Golf passes can be purchased with the full amount paid up front or the cost can be spread over 12 months using the Direct Debit option. For full details, a copy of the application form is available below.
Where to purchase a Golf Pass
Golf Passes can be purchased at:
- The Beach Leisure Centre: Monday - Friday 1000 - 1600 hours (Outwith School holidays)
- Aberdeen Box Office: Monday - Saturday 0930 - 1800 hours
- Sheddocksley Sports Centre: Monday - Friday 1700 - 2100, Saturday and Sunday 0900 - 1600
