Volunteering for Active Schools

Introduction

Active Schools relies heavily on volunteers to assist with and run various clubs around the city.  If we want to keep the clubs at a minimal cost, or free then it is essential that we have volunteers on board.

The volunteers already with Active Schools are doing a fantastic job and many have been rewarded for their efforts by being put though various coaching awards.  These mainly consist of teachers, parents and university students.

We fully support all of our volunteers and aim to assist at their first few sessions until they feel comfortable enough coaching.  After this all Active Schools Co-ordinators are only a phone-call away if any problems should arise.
