3Rs Project - Outline Business Case

Following the award of the contract, we can now publish the Outline Business Case for the 3Rs Project, which was approved by the Council on May 2004.

Since then, of course, there have been a number of changes made to the project, which have also been approved by the Council.  These changes have been described in the Final Business Case which was approved by the Council and by the Scottish Government.  We will be publishing this document on here shortly.
