Aberdeen City Council does not provide advice or information on Powers of Attorney or to those who have been appointed to manage the financial or property affairs of an adult who lacks the capacity to do so for themselves.

All information relating to Powers of Attorney should be directed to the Office of the Public Guardian.  The office is based in Falkirk and covers the whole of Scotland.
