Community Placement Team
Details
The Community Placement Team aims to provide community placements (including education, employment, leisure and recreation) which meet the needs of individual people who have learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities. Individuals work in partnership with staff to identify and find suitable placements. Staff support individuals in their placements as required.The Community Placement Team manages the Workstep Scheme.
