Meeting Dates for 2008
The Board will meet on an 8 weekly cycle which fits in with Members commitments to other Council work. It is hoped that this will also facilitate the application process and allow sufficient time for applicants to undertake any outstanding work without having a long wait for a decision on an application should it be deferred. The 8 weekly cycle will be monitored in light of the business before the Board, to ensure there are sufficient Board meetings to deal expeditiously with the business.
We have tried to avoid known holiday periods so there is not always an exact 8 week gap between meetings.
Meetings will continue to be held on Tuesdays at 10.30am in Town & County Hall, Town House, Castle Street, Aberdeen.
