About the Licensing Board
The Licensing Board meets approximately every eight weeks on Tuesdays in the Town and County Hall, Town House, Union Street, Aberdeen. It has a membership of 9 councillors.
The Licensing Board is responsible for determining applications for liquor and gambling.
Applications for Section 23 certificates for planning, building standards and food hygiene must be lodged with the appropriate Council service 8 weeks prior to the date of the Licensing Board meeting.
