Reports and appendices

The reports accessible from these pages are the main reports written by Council officers. They present as much detail of the report topic as is required to understand the issues involved.
Sometimes, the paper versions of these reports have appendices or additional material attached. Because these are not usually available in electronic format, they are therefore not usually available on these pages.
If the report you are interested in refers to an appendix or some other attachment, and you wish to see this material, you can contact the author by using the email address or telephone number given in the report. You can also view paper copies of the full reports at the Central Library and branch libraries around the city.
