QUESTIONS

3.1 Councillor Graham
Why has the pavements of Stewart Crescent which has a condition classed as Bad (the worst category) continually overlooked when implementing pavement improvement programmes, whilst others that are categorised as in a better condition included.

Who will be liable for compensation costs should one of my constituents get injured following a fall due to the condition of the pavements in Stewart Crescent?

Can the Committee advise when will work begin to improve the condition of the pavements in Stewart Crescent?
