Due to the timescales for the preparation of this report, it has only been possible to include Appendices 1 and 5 for this Sub-Committee. These contain the information relating to the Report and Recommendations of the Public Local Inquiry. Any gaps in Appendix 1 will be filled to prior to, or at, the Sub-Committee meeting.
The outstanding appendices will relate to the Proposed Modifications, consequent upon consideration of the Reporters Report and Recommendations. These appendices will be circulated with the papers for the Policy and Strategy Committee for consideration on 11 December, 2007 alongside the minute of this Sub-Committee.
