Details

Do you wish to purchase your Council house?

You will need an application form, which you can obtain from any Aberdeen City Council Area Office or from the Sales & Consents Office in St.Nicholas House. If you cannot collect an application form, we can post one out to you. Your completed form should then be returned to St.Nicholas House, where it will be registered and the sale process will begin.

If you have any queries about purchasing your Council house, you can either:

  • See the contents of the Frequently Asked Questions page.
  • E-Mail your enquiry to the address below.

If you are visiting the Sales & Consents Unit, please enter St.Nicholas House by the Upperkirkgate entrance and go to the reception area on the 1st floor. An appointment is not usually necessary but if you would prefer to make one, please telephone the above number.

The Sales & Consents Unit is open between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday – Friday.
