Complaints about social work

In the case of complaints about our social work role, our main duty is to follow the Social Work (Representations Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1990 (number 2519 (section 213)) and Direction 1996, which gives legal guidance on dealing with these complaints, including referring the matter to a Social Work Complaints Review Committee.
